Conditions of entry
There will be a maximum of 25 teams accepted. The registration fee is 7.000 SEK which can be divided into two payments.
The first payment of 1.000 SEK must be made within 1 week from the registration in order to confirm it. The team doesn’t need to have all its members chosen to register. The first payment is not refundable in case the team withdraws their registration
The second payment (6.000 SEK) must be made before may 1st, 2012. Teams that have not fulfilled their obligation of the second payment by May 1st may be put on the waiting list.
What is included?
- Parking in a garage within 5 min walking distance from the start/finish.
- Logistical support (Support crew is not allowed. The organisation will transport your gear during the race)
- Safety and medical assistance
- K2 Kayaks
- Online coverage on the race website
- High resolution photos of each team "in action"
- The road book and race maps.
Refunds and cancellation
Teams may cancel their entry at any stage prior the event by emailing the race organisation: info@stockholmextreme.se
- The 1.000 SEK first payment is not refundable.
- If a team cancels its registration after May 1st, 2012, it will get the refund of 50% of the second payment.
- If a team cancels its registration after after July 1st, 2012, there will be no refunds at all.
